5 Creative Ways to Use Reader’s Theater for Fluency & Fun
Reader’s theater, or partner plays are a lifesaver, especially during the chaotic times of the school year (looking at you, December). They’re engaging, purposeful, and best of all—no prep! Whether you’re working on fluency, comprehension, or just need to fill an awkward time gap, these quick activities have you covered.
Here are my favorite ways to use reader’s theater in the classroom.
1. Morning Warm-Up
Who says mornings have to be boring? Partner plays are a great way to kick off the day with energy and focus.
