Every teacher deserves the tools they need to do their jobs.
Teaching is hard, and doing everything yourself from scratch is even harder! As a new fourth grade teacher in El Paso, Texas, I started out without programs, textbooks, or many of the resources I needed to teach fourth grade well. That’s why it’s so important to me to create resources for teachers that include hands-on reading activities, easy to follow lesson plans, and writing lessons that keep kids engaged and learning! You shouldn’t have to start from scratch when you’re lesson planning. A go-to bank of writing activities, no prep reading printables, and instructional strategies that you can pull from is a must!
My TEKS aligned lessons and resources are designed to help you build fluent readers who are able to comprehend a variety of genres and write strong reading responses. Your students will learn to write using different strategies and following the writing process. With these tools, you can build connections across content areas and read and write across the curriculum, all day long! Teaching reading and writing can be so much fun to teach if you start with a great resource that saves you planning time!
