Shipping

All resources purchased on this site are digital downloads. Once you place your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your file onto your computer. Click the link, download your file, and you’re set! You can also access previously purchased items in your account for the site, including any updated resources.

Refunds

If the resource was purchased in error, was made in the last 30 days, and has not been downloaded, you may request a refund. Send an email to chrissy@buzzingwithms.com with “Refund request” in the subject line, and attach your receipt. If your request meets the qualifications, you will be issued a refund. The amount will be returned to your method of payment.
