This product is a BIG Bundle of the scaffolded reading responses in my store! Help students respond to text using these responses for four different genres: Fiction, Informational (Expository/Nonfiction), Drama, and Poetry, all wrapped up in a tidy zip file! These structured paragraphs are the perfect way to respond to reading with thinking and text evidence, and build up to the Short Constructed Response questions on the Texas ELAR assessment, as well as other states.

Each scaffolded reading response product is designed to support readers in responding to one genre. They include strategies with a graphic organizer to record their evidence and thinking and sentence starters to respond to the text using their organizer. It also includes teacher tips.

Some responses are similar in Fiction and Drama because they share so many similar story-telling devices. However, they have been adjusted to suit the drama genre.
