Building Morale in a Virtual Setting, Ep. 51 Buzzing with Ms. B: The Coaching Podcast

How to Build Teachers Morale at School as an Instructional Coach It’s hard to boost teacher morale during the best of times but even harder to do remotely. On this episode of the podcast, I give you nine ways to build staff morale virtually. Tune in to get ideas and activities to build morale at school and build relationships with your teams.

It’s challenging to build morale virtually with teachers.

But there are things you can do as an instructional coach to develop relationships with teachers and boost their morale remotely.

For this episode, I share a taste of what goes on in our Coaching and Coffee Membership. The membership provides support, professional development, and community for instructional coaches.

Members have access to videos in our Virtual Coaching Café library. There they can search for topics and get access to information that helps them support their teachers.

I use the audio from a video inside the members’ vault to share nine ways to build morale while working with teachers in a virtual setting. I offer activities to try with your team to develop relationships and boost their spirits.

If you’ve heard me talk about the membership before and wondered what it’s like inside, here’s your chance to get a sneak peek.
